Anyone flying to the Netherlands must have a negative PCR test at Schiphol from next Tuesday, December 29. Holders of a Dutch passport are also required to do so.
The measure applies to travelers from Curaçao, but not to travelers from Aruba and Bonaire. They get up the list of safe countries. It also includes Sint Maarten, Saba and Sint Eustatius.
Curaçao is seen as a high-risk country. Anyone departing from there to Schiphol must present a negative PCR test when checking in at Hato, which is not older than 72 hours.
Random checks are carried out at Schiphol itself. Teams from the security regions at the airport carry out such a screening.
