Cologne (ots) – An 18-year-old pedestrian and a 31-year-old motorcyclist were seriously injured in a collision on Tuesday evening (December 22) in Cologne-Meschenich. Rescue workers took both to clinics.
According to initial investigations, the 18-year-old is said to have stepped onto the street at around 8 p.m. at the pedestrian traffic lights at Alte Fischernischer Strasse / Brühler Landstrasse and was hit by the motorcycle driving towards the city center.
The traffic accident recording team was deployed, and the responsible traffic commissioner started investigating the cause of the accident. (al / de)
