The Association of Substitute Funds has coordinated the promotion of self-help contact points in Baden-Württemberg. V. (vdek), State Representation for Baden-Württemberg.
Please note the application deadline and always submit your applications for lump-sum funding by 31.03. of the current year:

Your applications will of course also be accepted by all other members of the GKV community funding BW and then forwarded to the vdek.
II. Project funding
Each health insurance company decides on the applications individually.
The corresponding application, which can be used by any health insurance company, can be found here:

Please make sure you enter the health insurance you want on page 1 (below).
(Note from the vdek: Please note that project funding applications cannot be submitted to the vdek state representation in Baden-Württemberg, but to their individual member funds: Techniker Krankenkasse (TK), BARMER, DAK-Gesundheit, Kaufmänne Krankenkasse (KKH))
You will also receive the applications from your selected health insurance company.
You can find the names and addresses of the relevant local health insurances – among other things, for individual health insurances – in the contact person section.
You can submit your applications for project funding all year round to the contact persons of these health insurance companies.
