Yes to drug use: A 34-year-old Erdinger surprised a patrol from the airport police station with a quick confession, which stopped him on the main street in Hallbergmoos on Monday evening at around 10.15 p.m. The police said the man at the traffic control was “refreshingly open and honest”. When asked about drug use, he replied that he used marijuana regularly and had some at home. The officers took blood from the man and had the blood thoroughly examined. The small amount of drugs they found in his home was confiscated. The only positive aspect for the 34-year-old: he did not violate the exit restrictions because he had a valid reason to be out after 9 p.m., as the police wrote. Nevertheless, he now has to answer for a criminal offense under the Narcotics Act and pay a fine of at least 500 euros as well as a driving ban.
