Dallas and Fort Worth will have a cold but sunny Christmas

While Dallas and Fort Worth experience mild days leading up to Christmas, cooler weather will begin to feel in the region from Wednesday.

Meteorólogo Grant Johnston(KXAS-TV)

Tuesday is the last day with highs near 70 degrees Fahrenheit, with sunny skies and some winds. A rising breeze from the south of 15-20 mph can be expected.

Enjoy the “heat” because a cold front is scheduled for Wednesday. It will bring a gusty north wind on Wednesday afternoon and cooler weather. Cold conditions will prevail for Christmas Friday and there will be sunshine.

A cool but pleasant weekend will be followed by some much-needed rain opportunities towards the middle of next week.
