Gegara Corona, Apple Closed Hundreds of Stores Around the World: Okezone techno

CALIFORNIA Pandemic Covid-19 that hit the United States has hit several companies, including Apple, which has now closed hundreds of its stores. Most recently, Apple temporarily closed 12 of its stores in California, United States. This policy was taken because of the increasing number of Covid-19 cases in the country nicknamed Uncle Sam.

According to a 9to5Mac report, there are nearly 100 stores that are currently out of operation. For example, the shops in Tennessee closed last weekend, then eight stores in England have also closed, then 18 stores in Germany and the Netherlands, and followed by shops in Mexico and Brazil.

Launching from Macrumors, Monday (21/12), some stores that are still open in the United States have limited their services. Customers can only pick up units according to appointments that have been made online. But it does not serve direct purchases in the store.

In all Apple Stores in the world, Apple has implemented strict health protocols. For example, employees are required to wear masks, check body temperature, keep their distance, and do shop cleaning regularly.

Apple’s store closure policy started at the beginning of this year. Many shops are closed during the spring. Apple re-opened its stores in June 2020.

But at that time Apple emphasized that these stores could be closed again, adjusting to existing conditions. Until now there are about 400 Apple Store which is still open.
