On February 22, at around 12:30 p.m., in Capelle-les-Hesdin, a vehicle swerves in the left lane and collides with a car arriving in front, the latter being thrown onto the side. At that moment, the vehicle involved in the accident continues on its way without hearing from the accident driver.
