The honor of the late Argentine football legend, Diego Armando Maradona, continues in his country after his name was launched at the stadium of Ciudad La Plata.
Earlier, the name Maradona was launched at the Argentinos Juniors Stadium, the club in which he started his career, and Napoli also named Maradona at his home stadium (Sao Paulo) after he led the team to the Italian League and the European Cup.
Maradona died on November 25 after suffering a heart attack, and Maradona is considered one of the best footballers of all time, as his career has included many successes, most notably the leadership of the Argentine national team for the 1986 World Cup.
