An employee of the Lam Tin Senior Citizen’s Madam Fung Yiu King Care and Attention Home for the Elderly was diagnosed, and 23 residents and employees must be sent for quarantine. Zhang Zhujun, director of the Department of Infectious Diseases of the Center for Health Protection, said that the last day of work for the confirmed patients was last Friday (18th). Yesterday (19th) they became unwell and their family members were also infected.

If a confirmed case is later confirmed, all residents of Shi Wing House will be required to undergo mandatory testing.
