The commerce “P’tit Louis primeurs” has just opened its doors on December 8, in Ayguemorte-les-Graves (Gironde) during the confinement, and it is Louis François who runs the house in the artisanal area of Grands Pins.
The trader is from Cabanac and he comes from a family of market gardeners of which he is the 4th generation. Louis François began his career selling fruit and vegetables in the markets of Gironde under the wise advice of his parents.
Fourth generation of market gardeners
He has always loved this profession and it was only natural that he wanted to set up his business in the area. The market gardener wants to open a local business with flavors of yesteryear, for the inhabitants of the area but also for people working in businesses located nearby. At P’tit Louis Primeurs, you can find a multitude of products from local producers with whom he has worked for a long time. Fruits and vegetables, creamery, cheeses, delicatessen, but also cold cuts, selected meats, poultry raised in the open air.
An artisan caterer on site
There are also catering products, currently Périgord truffles, Landes foie gras or caviar, duck and capon. On the cheese side, there are platters, and there are just as many for fruit. Something to have fun during the holidays and throughout the year, with the satisfaction of eating healthy and local. On site, Louis Francois has dedicated an artisanal catering area in which he makes savory, sweet and seasonal dishes with the products of his shelves.
Open Tuesday to Saturday 9 am-12.30pm, 3 pm-7pm, Grands Pins area, 33650 Ayguemorte-les-Graves. Phone: 06.18.44.00.62. Mail: [email protected]. Facebook page: P’TIT LOUIS primeurs
