[아시아경제 라영철 기자] There were 23 additional confirmed cases in total, including 7 additional confirmed cases related to the nursing hospital where the COVID-19 outbreak occurred in Goyang, Gyeonggi Province.
Goyang-si said on the day that “7 people related to nursing hospitals were confirmed to be confirmed on the afternoon of the 18th, and 16 others were confirmed as of 4 pm on the 19th.”
In addition to 7 patients related to nursing hospitals (3 workers, 4 residents), there were a total of 16 confirmed patients, including 6 family-to-family infections, 3 contact with confirmed patients, and 7 investigating the route of infection. By distinction, 7 people in Deokyang-gu, 7 people in Ilsandong-gu, 5 people in Ilsan Seo-gu, and 4 people from other regions such as Paju.
On the 14th, the number of confirmed patients related to nursing hospitals, where the first confirmed cases, increased to 44.
As of this day, a total of 1,167 people were diagnosed with Corona 19 in Goyang City, and a total of 1,125 people were confirmed by Goyang citizens (including 1,076 domestic infections and 49 overseas infections/including citizens who were confirmed confirmed in other regions).
