The Snapdragon 888, announced at the beginning of this month, will be Qualcomm’s flagship processor next year, and it is expected that most high-end Android phones will choose it. Previously, the running scores of Snapdragon 888 had been circulated on the Internet, but now Qualcomm is responsible for the official running scores.
This time Qualcomm is used as a mobile phone for testing Snapdragon 888, equipped with 12GB LPDDR5 RAM, 512GB UFS 3.0 storage, 6.5-inch screen and 120Hz refresh rate. Qualcomm will run 3 times with the standard settings of the mobile phone, and then take the average. The tests include AnTuTu, Geekbench, GFXBench Aztec Normal and Manhattan 3.0, Ludashi AiMark, AITuTu, MLPerf and UL Procyon.
Snapdragon 888 has an Antutu running score of 735,439 points, Huawei Mate 40 Pro+ using Kirin 9000 is 698,654 points, and Xiaomi Mi 10 Ultra using the previous generation Snapdragon 865 is 671,045 points. As for Geekbench’s single-core and multi-core scores of 1,135 and 3,794 points, respectively, compared to Snapdragon 865, single-core and multi-core have about 20% and nearly 10% improvement respectively. The rest of the running scores can refer to the above table.
