Helpers are wanted for the vaccination centers in Kenzingen and Villingen-Schwenningen – Kenzingen

The preparation for the corona vaccination in the Freiburg administrative region is in full swing. Volunteers can now contact the Freiburg Regional Council

As reported by the regional council (RP), the two central vaccination centers (ZIZ) in Freiburg and Offenburg are ready for use. From January 15, there will also be a district vaccination center per district.

In the Breisgau-Hochschwarzwald district, this will be in Müllheim. As soon as the vaccine against the coronavirus is delivered, according to information from the district office, it will be possible to give around 800 vaccinations a day in two shifts between 7 a.m. and 9 p.m. in Müllheim.

There are also the district vaccination centers in Kenzingen and Villingen-Schwenningen nearby. Voluntary helpers are wanted to work in these vaccination centers.

We are particularly looking for:
1) Medical specialists such as nurses, medical-technical assistants, pharmacists / pharmaceutical-technical assistants, paramedics, emergency paramedics, medical students from the 7th semester or in the practical year

2) Persons for administrative tasks, accompaniment to the vaccination area, support of the registration and documentation processes

The regional council asks interested parties to register by email at: [email protected]. A completed declaration of consent, which is posted under “News” on the RP’s website, should also be sent http://www.rp-freiburg.de

Doctors do not contact the regional council, but rather the e-mail inbox of the state medical association: [email protected]. Further information for doctors is also available on the website:
