A new ruling by the Supreme Court (OGH) now calls for caution.
According to a folk song, thoughts are free. Basically that is also true – at least as long as the creation cannot be perceived by the outside world, i.e. it does not appear as a text, composition, work of art, film or computer program. Until then, mere ideas have no protection.
