The gourmet baskets operation is now over in Saint-Martin-d’Hères: all the elderly who have ordered one have received it.

The last tour took place this Wednesday
This Wednesday, December 16, Mayor David Queiros indeed attended the last tour of the gourmet baskets.
As a reminder, the operation has been readjusted to cope with the health protocol linked to the coronavirus crisis. In fact, around 1,000 residents usually go to the various neighborhood centers to collect their baskets.
However, with the virus circulating, it was out of the question for the City to expose the elderly. This is why the baskets were delivered directly to the home by a company, which for the little anecdote, made all the deliveries by bicycle. This year, there were also more baskets to distribute as they replaced the two large meals organized at the Blue Hour, which usually bring together 500 people.
