The draw against Southampton cut the run of three successive defeats that Arsenal have seen in the Premier League. Arteta hopes that the fighting spirit shown against Southampton will be a turning point for his team.
“I agree, yes, because if you lose it will be very difficult to accept,” said Arteta.
Arsenal still not moving from 15th place Premier League standings. One additional point from the match against Southampton has made Arsenal now collect 14 points from 13 matches.
