(Seoul = Yonhap News) Reporter Jandi Kim = Humedix[200670]Announced on the 17th that orders in Russia for the novel coronavirus infection (Corona 19) antigen diagnosis kit exceeded 1 million.
It has been more than a month since it received emergency approval (EUA) for the Corona 19 antigen diagnostic kit from the Russian government earlier last month. Humedix announced that it was the result of continued additional orders after shipping 100,000 units to Russian customers immediately after approval for emergency use last month.
Humedix CEO Kim Jin-hwan said, “there is still discussions on additional quantities,” he said. “As we are discussing supply to all of Russia with several customers, the export flow will continue in the first half of next year.”
Humedix’s Corona 19 antigen diagnosis kit is a product produced by’Bionote’, a domestic diagnostic kit research and development company. Humedix secured an overseas joint copyright in June and is currently exporting to Italy and Colombia.
