With the end of Supernatural on November 19, Jared Padalecki officially left his duties as a ghost hunter. In this new version of the character, Cordell Walker is an FBI agent who decides to return to Austin, Texas upon the death of his wife. From now on, he must watch over his two sons alone while enforcing justice in a city notorious for its high crime rate. The officer will be able to count on his superior, Captain Larry James (Coby Bell, The Gifted) and her new partner Micki Ramirez (Lindsey Morgan, The 100), the first woman to serve as a Texas Ranger in state history.
