Launched in Rennes a few days ago, the aim of the operation is to collect boxes from the inhabitants of the Rennes metropolitan area containing a warm gift (hat, gloves, scarf, etc.), a hygiene or beauty product, entertainment (card game, book, magazine, board game …), a non-perishable gourmet product (no alcohol) and a sweet word, intended for homeless people, men, women or children. The citizen space collective is associated with this initiative and proposes to collect nicely packaged boxes, specifying whether they are intended for a woman, a man or mixed and for a child, age and boy or girl. They will be distributed in priority to the communal social grocery store but also by various Rennes associations to poor people.
Until Sunday December 20, deposits at the communal social action center, rue de Saint-Anthème, Monday from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. Wednesday, 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. and 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. and Friday, 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. in the citizens’ area, ground floor of building B of the South Pole, avenue de l’Europe on Saturday, from 10 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. and from 2 p.m. to 3 p.m., as well as on Sunday, from 10 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.
