Capcom brings Switch entertainment to the brink – Fantasymundo

Capcom brings to Switch a quite interesting batch of games, either in their retro section or with news. In addition to knowing future releases for the new generation, we now have evidence of other news.

At first we will talk about Ghost ‘n Goblins Resurrection, a new installment of this well-known saga that will go on sale on February 25. For the price of $ 29.99 we can enjoy a new adventure from the hand of Arthur, once again touring the Demon Realm world. Our objective is once again to rescue the princess from Demon Lord, and we will meet enemies already known from the series.

In the video we can see some graphics that mix the most innovative technologies with the nostalgia of the retro. As a new more accessible detail, three different levels of difficulty are included as well as a mode with unlimited lives called Page for those who want to know the story without pulling too much hair.

In addition to this, Capcom brings to Switch a compilation called Capcom Arcade Stadium, a free download with the game 1943: The Battle of Midway. This download can be added to a total of 31 games divided into 3 packs, of which their price is currently unknown. The packages vary according to the season, and are the following:

  • Dawn of the Arcade (1984 a 1988). Vulgus, Pirate Ship Higemaru, 1942, Tatakai no Banka, Legendary Wings, Bionic Commando, Forgotten Worlds y Ghouls ‘n Ghosts
  • Arcade Revolution (1989 a 1992). Strider, Dynasty Wars, Final Fight, 1941: Counter Attack, Senjo no Okami II, Mega Twins, Carrier Air Wing, Street Fighter II: The World Warrior, Captain Commando y Varth: Operation Thunderstorm
  • Arcade Evolution (1992 a 2001). Warriors of Fate, Street Fighter II’: Hyper Fighting, Super Street Fighter II Turbo, Powered Gera: Strategic Variant Armor Equipment, Cyberbots: Fullmetal Madness, 19XX: The War Against Destiny, Battle Circuit, Giga Wing, 1944: The Loop Master y Progea

As a personal recommendation of the Ghost ‘n Goblins style we recommend Battle Princess Madelyn.
