Tom Holkenborg, better known as DJ Junkie XL, has the music for the new spy thriller The 355 made, says the Dutch composer on Friday Variety.
Holkenborg has been asked for the music by British film producer Simon Kinberg, who is directing the Universal film. “The 355 is a very nice film to work on, “said Holkenberg.” A real thriller with an incredible cast that we can score with. “
The cast includes Jessica Chastain, who had a lead role in Zero Dark Thirty. Also Lupita Nyong’o, known from the last three, among others Star Warsmovies and Black Panther, has a role in The 355.
“It was my job to make music on which these great actors could shine,” says Holkenborg, who also made the music at Brimstone in Kingdom of Heaven. “I am very grateful to be able to work with Simon Kinberg. I can’t wait for fans to get the chance to watch the movie.”
