Despite the pouring rain at the start of the evening, the first screening of this Christmas mapping 2020 version was a great success with the Libournais. Many gathered at Place Abel-Surchamp to watch the facade of the town hall light up.
This year’s sound and light show pays homage to towns twinned with Libourne, namely Schwandorf in Germany, Keynsham in the United Kingdom, Logroño in Spain and Pu’er in China. Drawings of elementary schools in Libourne are also shown, to the delight of parents.
