Canada’s Rory van Ulft, 7, is the U-11 and U-13 Youth National Weightlifting Champion in U.S.
The little girl can deadlift up to 80 kilos and squat with 61 kilograms on top.
Cavan and Lindsay van Ulft, her parents, consider that “it would be fair to say that Rory is the strongest girl in the world”, as they expressed to the ‘Daily Mail’.

The beginning
He started lifting weights after he was 5 years old.

The International Weightlifting Federation measures the strength of athletes using the Sinclair coefficient, whereby a score is awarded depending on the weight and performance of each weightlifter.
