The Trump camp had asked lower court judges for a speedy decision to appeal before Wisconsin election officials meet and cast their ten votes in Biden on Monday.
Trump is expected to appeal the ruling to the state Supreme Court, but he is left with few chances there either. Biden won Wisconsin by more than 20,000 votes more than Trump in the presidential election. The margin stood after Trump had demanded a recount in the state’s two largest counties.
