The Oppo Find X3 Pro, which should be released early next year, would get a ‘microscope camera’ that can photograph objects up close with good lighting. Telecom journalist Evan Blass, also known as @evleaks, reports this.
Blass doesn’t show images of the Find X3 Pro, however does share some details. The phone’s primary camera and ultra-wide-angle camera both have a Sony IMX766 sensor with a 50-megapixel resolution. There is a camera with a telephoto lens that allows 2x zoom at 13 megapixels.
The most different is the 3-megapixel macro camera. It offers up to 25x magnification compared to the primary camera and is equipped with LEDs around the lens to illuminate an object from very close range. It should serve as a ‘microscope’. Macro cameras are much more common on phones, but it would be the first time that a phone offers this degree of magnification.
The device, codenamed Fussi, has a 6.7 “screen with 3216×1440 pixels, a 15.5x7cm screen with an aspect ratio of 20.1: 9. The screen can display a billion colors, just like the Find X2 Pro .
In addition, the screen has a variable refresh rate, from 1Hz to 120Hz. The battery has a capacity of 4500mAh and can be wired with 65W and wirelessly charged with 30W. The soc is a Snapdragon 888. Oppo would like to release the phone in the first months of 2021. The Find X2 Pro came out in March.
