We regulate car accidents in property as well as personal injury.
We do not sell insurance products and we have no sales force.
We are looking for a full-time or part-time motor vehicle property damage adjuster (f / m / d) for Cologne
The tasks
- Responsible and efficient processing of damage related to motor vehicle liability insurance (with reference to the green card system)
- Settlement of complex motor / liability claims of selected business connections.
- Appropriate commissioning of qualified experts or, if necessary, internal / external service providers
- Reliable and quick check of the entitlement / performance requirements for the entry requirement
- Definition and adjustment of reserves
- Decision-making and independent regulation within the powers of attorney
- If necessary, initiation of recourse.
- Communication with customers, claimants and third parties involved, both in writing and over the phone
- Active observation and accompaniment of court proceedings.
Your qualifications / skills
- Training for businesspeople in insurance and finance – or alternatively studying law
- In-depth knowledge of liability and compensation law as well as insurance contract law
- Sound knowledge of spoken and written English
- Communicative
- Teamplayer
- Willingness to make decisions with entrepreneurial vision
