For die-casting temperature control, REGLOPLAS offers with the jetPulse a versatile and individually usable, as well as cycle-precise solution, which can efficiently cool mold areas where conventional temperature control is not sufficient. The jetPulse can thus support the cooling process in the die casting process intelligently and precisely. With 4 channels and 8 cores per channel, each jetPulse has 32 cooling connections for cooling tips (cores) in order to cool very specific areas of the mold in a die casting mold. The jetPulse cycle has integrated an automatic core break monitoring step for safety. The solution can be expanded as required.

For pulse temperature control, REGLOPLAS offers with the multiPulse a versatile and individually applicable and pulse-precise solution up to 160 ° C, which is designed for 16 temperature control circuits per temperature control unit. The solution can be expanded as required. REGLOPLAS temperature control devices are directly adaptable and underline the stable and precise control.

multiFlow modular
Manifolds are common in large die casting machines. The multiple distributor system from REGLOPLAS is fully integrated into the control system of the temperature control units with sensors, monitoring, displays and controllers. Each circuit is set and monitored individually. The flow in each circuit is automatically regulated to the setpoint using a control ball valve. REGLOPLAS is the first provider of this automatic multiFlow modular variant. The setpoints set form the monitoring window. If the temperature or the flow rate runs out of that monitoring window, the system sounds an alarm. The monitored parallel connection increases process reliability significantly.
