ESET Netherlands launches renewed services portfolio

ESET Netherlands launches its renewed services portfolio in which Enterprise customers are relieved by the combination of advanced technology and human expertise. From now on, the cybersecurity company offers Premium Support and Detection & Response services where local expertise will be optimally combined with ESET technology and intelligence worldwide. The cybersecurity company thus responds to the growing need of companies to invest in the security of their company networks through Endpoint Detection & Response and the need for Managed Detection & Response services in a market where IT security professionals are scarce.

The renewed services portfolio will consist of two Premium Support bundles (ESET Premium Support Essential and ESET Premium Support Advanced) and three Detection & Response bundles (ESET Detection and Response Essential, ESET Detection and Response Advanced and ESET Detection and Response Ultimate).

ESET Premium Support Services

By means of the Premium Support services and the other professional services, ESET Netherlands wants to support its Enterprise customers to realize the full potential of the ESET products they purchase. With the renewed Premium Support services, ESET customers receive a guarantee of a shorter response time for technical support (ESET Premium Support Essential), compared to the normal support that ESET Netherlands offers. In the case of ESET Premium Support Advanced, customers will also receive assistance in deploying, installing and setting up the ESET products and receive an annual health check with the aim of optimizing settings and policy proposals. All this so that the customer can enjoy worry-free operation of the ESET products.

In addition, ESET Netherlands also offers two alternatives that can be purchased separately. This concerns the ESET Healthcheck and the ESET Deployment & Upgrade service.

ESET Detection en Response Services

By means of ESET Detection and Response, ESET Netherlands aims to achieve the highest level of security by combining robust technology and human expertise. ESET Netherlands offers three different service bundles: ESET Detection and Response Essential, ESET Detection and Response Advanced and ESET Detection and Response Ultimate.

Within the latter, ESET Netherlands takes over the Endpoint Detection and Response tasks of the Enterprise customer as much as possible. ESET cybersecurity experts install and optimize the Endpoint Detection and Response software so that the technology works optimally. In this way, customers can get the most out of ESET technology and focus on what they specialize in. ESET’s cybersecurity experts provide 24/7 monitoring and alarm triage. The experts are in direct contact with the customer in the event of a possible security incident. Every month there is a report containing all incidents and recommendations.
