Facebook has been working in dark mode for many months from your social network, since March started implementation in its web version, but the smartphone app it took longer than necessary. We recently told you that he has already started public test and we can confirm that in Mexico it is already available.
To access Dark Mode, all you need is update facebook app, go to Settings and privacy in the Menu tab and the Dark Mode option will appear. Upon entering we will have the possibility to activate, deactivate or adjust to the system configuration.

The Dark Mode is intended to be a more visually pleasing design in low light conditions and in the case of smartphones that have an OLED screen, it is mentioned that it could have an extra saving on the battery since this type of screens LEDs are not lit with black color.
