Officers saw the pair running naked across the central square of the Imperial City. Nude riders from a student sorority let the police know on Instagram. The two were arrested.
‘Both gentlemen could not give a meaningful explanation why they did this, they did not have identification with them (even difficult when you are naked). We gave them a verbal statement for the law ID and addressed them about their strange behavior and the possible consequences’, can be read on the Instagram account of the Nijmegen police.
