AvtoVAZ has reported on car sales for November 2020. In the last autumn month, 38,064 cars were sold, which is 21.9% more than in November 2019 (31,217 units).

This result became the best for a domestic manufacturer in seven years – since December 2013, when sales amounted to 38,948 pieces. The company noted that the indicators were influenced, among other things, by the shipments of cars within the framework of advanced state car purchase programs.

The top three Lada models in the sales ranking are still unchanged. The first place was taken by the models of the Lada Granta family with a result of 14 540 cars (+ 15.6% compared to November 2019).

The second place belongs to Lada Vesta – 11 771 cars (+ 35.3% in comparison with the same period of the last year). Passenger and commercial versions of the Largus family are in third place in terms of total sales – in November, 4,052 of these cars were sold.

“Despite strong demand in the fall months, we predict that the overall results for 2020 will be lower than expected for 2019,” said Olivier Morne, executive vice president of sales and marketing.
