Bake Off Italy – The Final: this is who has won the victory

The eighth edition of Bake Off Italia – Sweets in the oven has come to an end.

17 competitors entered the pastry competition last September, but only 3 finalists got on the podium: Sara Moalli, Philippe Chini and Monia De Carolis.

Judges Clelia D’Onofrio, Csaba Dalla Zorza, Ernst Knam and Damiano Carrara judged the race.

The three finalists first ventured into the creative test, consisting in preparing one hundred single portions of four types; then, waiting for the competitors there was the technical test in which they had to prepare the famous ricotta and pear cake of the pastry chef Sal De Riso.

Net of these first two tests, the bronze medal went to Philippe that he finished third on the podium.

The final was therefore all female: Sara against Monia. Both have shown their workhorse, but to win the final victory was Sara who overtook her rival Monia, second classified.
