Boiro closes and Neda, Fene, Burela, Oleiros, Lalín and Oroso open

Ferrol becomes closed in on itself after losing Neda and Ferrol from its almond and 27 municipalities are grouped into nine perimeters

SANTIAGO DE COMPOSTELA, 4 (EUROPA PRESS)

The mobility restrictions that will affect Galicia in the coming days are divided into two levels. On the one hand, there is the closure of the Galician territory towards the Portuguese border and the communities of Asturias and Castilla y León, which is in force from midnight this Friday until the 9th at 00:00 and, on the other, the restrictions remain in force perimeter of more than fifty municipalities throughout Galicia.

It must be taken into account that these closings go beyond, therefore, the holidays of the Constitution and the Pilar and are subject to review and update in the clinical committees and subcommittees that advise the Xunta in decision-making.

In fact, the Xunta has come to adopt the decision to ease the measures of six municipalities –but in this case it must be taken into account that they have to wait until this Saturday, December 5 for them to take effect – and, on the contrary , the perimeter closure of Boiro (A Coruña) has been decreed, which will also be effective from this Saturday.

Therefore, as of this weekend, there will be a total of 51 city councils without mobility outside their perimeters, of which a total of 27 are grouped into nine perimeters. It should be noted that these grouped city councils do have mobility between them within the perimeter, while the remaining 24 (to which Boiro adds from this Saturday) adhere to the municipal term.

It should also be noted that with the new changes, Ferrol will be isolated on its perimeter (before it was confined together with Neda and Fene, who will now have freedom of movement), and Oleiros will hang down from the perimeter piloted by A Coruña and also joins municipalities without mobility restrictions.

Apart from these three municipalities, as mentioned, those of Burela, Lalín and Oroso are out of restrictions. All of them, along with the other three, as of this Saturday.

Likewise, the clinical subcommittee has decided to pay special attention to the epidemiological situation in the municipalities of Monfero, Pontedeume, Tui and Vilalba, which are the object of special observation. 51 CITY HALLS CLOSED

After the perimeter opening, from this midnight, of the Santiago-Teo-Ames and Ourense-Barbadás-O Pereiro de Aguiar almonds, together with the individual municipalities of A Estrada, and Ares; 56 town halls remain closed this Friday and, as of this Saturday, there will be 51 due to the aforementioned changes.

Despite the closures, the hospitality industry is allowed to open in all Galician municipalities to varying degrees, with a maximum limit of six people, except cohabitants, as a general rule, and a maximum of four people in those municipalities with a higher degree of restrictions .

The Xunta justifies, in the explanatory statement of the Official Gazette of Galicia (DOG) number 244-bis, dated December 3, that the group limitation measure “is necessary, adequate and proportionate for the purpose pursued, that it is not is another than to control and prevent the greater spread of a highly contagious disease, respecting which the difference between sick and healthy people is diffuse “, given the possible asymptomatology or mildness of the symptoms and the existence of a period in which there is no external signs of the disease.

“It is about avoiding, especially, agglomerations or family or social gatherings over a certain number of people, in order to guarantee the maintenance of the safety distance and reduce the risk of physical contact or proximity in favorable conditions of the contagion, “he says.

In this way, the Ministry of Health argues that this measure is aimed at preventing or, at least, “numerically restricting participation in family or social gatherings in which a greater risk of transmission can be appreciated due to the circumstances in which they are held. , because there is greater confidence and relaxation of security measures “, since they take place outside professional, work or other protocolized environments” in which a mask must be used and that are surrounded by other guarantees that make transmission and contagion difficult “.

In any case, it adds that the meeting limitations are not “absolute”, since, for example, places of worship have broader limits (50 percent or a third of the capacity), as well as the possibility of holding other work and leisure activities. CLOSED IN THEMSELVES

The meeting restrictions represent, in any case, a relief in those municipalities that are still closed compared to the previous situation – before the maximum level of restrictions, non-cohabitating meetings were not allowed.

At the closure of Galician territory towards the Plateau, Asturias and Portugal, we must add the 51 municipalities that will be closed in themselves or within a perimeter with other neighboring municipalities from this Saturday. It must be taken into account that this mobility restriction remains outside the holiday bridge and will remain until future clinical committee evaluations, beyond the Pilar holidays.

In this way, the entry and exit of people is restricted in the following territorial areas, delimited in joint perimeters: A Coruña-Culleredo-Arteixo-Cambre (after leaving Oleiros from this Saturday); Pontevedra-Marín-Poio; Vigo-Mos-Nigrán-Gondomar; Vilagarcía de Arousa-Vilanova de Arousa; Sanxenxo-O Grove; Carballo-A Laracha; Cabana de Bergantiños-Coristanco-Malpica de Bergantiños-Ponteceso; Cee-Dumbría-Muxía; Meaño-Meis-Ribadumia. There are nine groups that add up to 27 municipalities.

And it is also restricted the entry and exit of people from the following municipalities, closed in their own limits: Ferrol (after undoing the almond that formed with Fene and Neda from this Saturday), Lugo, Narón, Redondela, Cangas, Ponteareas, Porriño, Moaña, Tui, Vilalba, Cambados, As Pontes de García Rodríguez (new this week, after overcoming an incidence of more than 250 cases per 100,000 inhabitants in 14 days), A Guarda (new, for an incidence of 370.9 in the last 14 days), Xinzo de Limia, Silleda, Soutomaior, Vimianzo, Vilaboa, Cerdedo-Cotobade, Ponte Caldelas, Ribadavia, Barro, Laxe and Boiro (which is incorporated). There are 24 town halls.

The mobility limitations of these city councils do not place them at the same level of meeting restrictions (within these groups there are limitations of four and six), nor do they with regard to hospitality (all will have hospitality, but to different degrees ). (THERE WILL BE PROFESSIONAL PHOTOS OF THE DAY)
