Speaker (m / f / d) education and children’s rights
What she expects:

- You are responsible for the technical support of high quality projects in the field of education and children’s rights in cooperation with partner organizations in developing countries
- They carry out the technical analysis and comment on relevant sector projects
- You will also be responsible for accompanying pilot projects and initiatives in the specialist field
- They advise our partners on educational issues for different age groups and advise and train on the topics of children’s rights, child protection and child participation
- You will play a supportive role in the development, use and evaluation of indicators for measuring child welfare in the projects
- You represent our organization in specialist committees and in the international World Vision partnership on the subjects of education and children’s rights
- They develop project concepts, in particular on child protection and the participation of children of preschool age, as well as on school and professional training.
What you should bring with you:
You are a highly communicative personality and want to use your specialist knowledge, your experience and your high level of commitment for our children’s aid organization. You are also characterized by the following experiences and characteristics:
- Study z. B. Child and youth education, social sciences with a focus on children’s rights
- Professional experience abroad in countries related to development cooperation and / or humanitarian aid
- Several years of professional experience in the field of child and youth education and children’s rights, if possible also with non-governmental organizations
- You have theoretical and practical experience with pedagogical instruments and methods in the upbringing of toddlers, children, adolescents and experience in working with parents
- You are used to working independently and conceptually
- You are a team player and work integratively with others
- Willingness to be more willing to travel even under difficult climatic conditions
- good user knowledge of common office software (e.g. MS Office)
- Good knowledge of the application process as well as the content and financial handling of publicly funded projects (national and international donors) are a plus
- Very good knowledge of English is essential, knowledge of French is desirable.
The full time job (40 hours / week) is until 31/01/2022 limited.
