Father mistreats teacher after son is locked up | Inland

The abuse was triggered by an incident at school in which the 15-year-old boy crawled into the trunk of a car, which is used for technique lessons. He couldn’t figure it out himself, but the teacher forbade other students to help him. He would have been detained for ten to twenty minutes for this. According to the father, his son was “crying and screaming” in the car. A fellow student would eventually have come to his aid.

When the boy told his story at home, the father went crazy. He went to the school with other family members, but when it turned out that the teacher was no longer there, he visited him at home in the evening.

The teacher has reported abuse and threats, the Eindhovens Dagblad reports. The student’s family did the same, but from the deprivation of liberty of a minor. The father denies the abuse. “He says I punched him in the face, kicked him, punched him in the crotch, pushed the door. That is not true.” According to the police, there has been demonstrable injury and the man was therefore arrested.

The boy has not been to school in recent days, the headmaster confirms, who says that the boy was immediately released from the trunk when he wanted to. The teacher also stayed at home. “This goes beyond all limits. You should be able to feel safe at home and at school. I’ve been working in education for 40 years and I’ve never experienced anything like it. ”
