Vitamins must never be lacking, especially in winter

Most of us are wondering, especially during the winter, if taking vitamins can make us feel stronger. Vitamins are very important in the processes of our body. They play a prominent role in metabolism. Taking them has also been shown to prevent some diseases.

Vitamins are distinguished, in water-soluble vitamins and fat-soluble vitamins. The former dissolve in water, the latter in fats.

Fat-soluble: B1, B2, B3, B4, B5, B6, B7, B12 and vitamin C. These in particular are vitamins that the body cannot reproduce but it is possible to find some of them in vegetables and fruit. Finally vitamins A, D, K and E that the organism takes from fat. The most deficient is usually D. In fact, it is a vitamin that is taken through food for only 10% of the requirement. The remaining percentage is assumed through our exposure to sunlight. It is usually taken in summer with the help of the sun and heat. While in winter with the cold and the lack of light it can be lacking.
