Ludo Busschots appeared regularly in various Flemish series from the mid-1980s to the mid-2000s. Raised in Vosselaar, a fan of Antwerp
Ludo Busschots grew up in the Kempen, more specifically in Vosselaar. “In a new allotment that came behind Janssen Pharmaceutica. In the 1960s there were very few houses there. The definition of Busschots, says Erwin Provoost, producer of Windkracht 10 and good friend of Busschots. “His death comes as a surprise to everyone. Flanders has lost a good actor. He wasn’t always the easiest. Sometimes there were discussions, he wanted the finishing touches. But we also laughed and partied a lot together. Every year Ludo went back to Koksijde (where Windkracht 10 was recorded, ed.). Also this year. To me he was more than an actor.
