Hailee Steinfeld has let her fans know on Instagram that her birthday is in eleven days. She did this with a striking picture of an archer. And while her zodiac sign is an Sagittarius, the timing and context make her post can be seen as confirmation of her casting as heroine Kate Bishop.
Marvel already offered Steinfeld the role of Kate Bishop in September last year. In the comics she performs heroic deeds under the name of Hawkeye. She will therefore make her debut in the Disney Plus series of the same name.
Her contractual obligations to the series Dickinson Apple TV + seemed to get in the way of her Marvel adventure. And while her part is still not officially confirmed, given all the evidence, we dare to say with certainty: Hailee Steinfeld is Kate Bishop in the Marvel Cinematic Universe.
