Council meeting I
The municipal council meets in the Gallushaus on Monday, November 30th, at 6 p.m. The agenda includes the calm forest Wittnau (draft of the new version of the statutes, allocation of the recalculation of the fees), the local day-care center (survey results for the planning of care times), the core time care and the afternoon care at the elementary school (new user fees), the award of contracts for Network cabling of a classroom, the procurement of a replacement team transport vehicle for the volunteer fire brigade as well as a new version of the main statute of the municipality and the preliminary consultation on the 2021 budget.

The municipal council meets in the Möhlinhalle on Wednesday, December 2nd, from 7 p.m. Topics are the development plan “South of General-von-Holzing-Straße II” (treatment of the statements in the context of the participation of the public and those responsible for public interests – first disclosure, design approval and decision on the second disclosure), status report on building in the outdoor area and heat supply contract for the “Old School House” property.

Council meeting III
The Pfaffenweiler municipal council meets on Wednesday, December 2nd, at 7 p.m. in the Batzenberghalle. It is about the traffic planning on the Batzenberg (discussion of the lawsuit to continue the planning approval procedure for the Schallstadt bypass with lawyer Michael Bender, decision on the continuation of the procedure, “open letter” from the Schallstadt council). Further items on the agenda are the municipal finances (interim report on the 2020 budget year, outlook for 2021, budget proposals from the parliamentary groups), the planning of the upgraded line and the new Deutsche Bahn line (statement by the municipality on the scope of the investigation) and the composition and establishment of the project advisory board for the Gasthaus Stube (advice and resolution).

The budget for 2021 will be discussed in the council in Au on Thursday, December 3, from 7 p.m. in the hall of the community center. In addition, it is about the new version of the main statute (consultation and resolution) and two applications for building permits, including the one for an extension and conversion of the generation house in Altschlössleweg.
