A serial fraudster from Mühlhausen has to be imprisoned for three and a half years. The district court of Mühlhausen convicted the 24-year-old on Wednesday for 50 cases of commercial fraud and data falsification as well as driving without permission and insurance.

Expensive devices sold multiple times

The drug addict accused had confessed to having sold iPhones and notebooks nationwide from 2017 to 2020 again and again on the Internet and collected the money without delivering. Mühlhausen: Confession saves taking evidence in Corona time

According to the ruling, with his confession he saved the court from having to take time-consuming evidence in times of corona. Two victims should have come from Austria to testify.
