Jakarta, CNBC Indonesia – PT Adhi Karya Tbk (ADHI) received a new contract worth Rp. 7.8 trillion for the construction of two sections of the Solo-Yogyakarta-NYIA Kulonprogo toll road with a total length of 36.3 kilometers.
Under the contract, Adhi will work on Package 1.1 for the 22.3 kilometers Kartasura-Klaten Section and Package 2.2 for the 14-kilometer Monjali-Gamping Section. This work is planned to be carried out for 730 calendar days from the issuance of the Work Commencement Order.
This toll road is part of the golden triangle of Central Java, namely Yogyakarta-Solo-Semarang (Joglosemar) which is interconnected with the Solo-Semarang toll road and the Yogyakarta-Bawen toll road. The owner of this project is PT Jogjasolo Marga Makmur.
The contract signing was carried out by the project owner together with the implementing contractor, ADHI, represented by Harimawan as General Manager of the Infrastructure Department II. This activity was also attended by ADHI President Director Entus Asnawi Mukhson, and Operation Director 1 Suko Widigdo.
Recently, the company has also just received a new contract for the Serang-Panimbang Toll Road Development Package Section III Cileles-Panimbang Section, Banten Province.
This contract was obtained by a joint venture (JV) company between PT Sino Road and Bridge Group CO (SRGBC), PT Wijaya Karya (Persero) Tbk (WIKA) and ADHI.
The total value of the contracts signed was Rp. 4.1 trillion (excluding taxes). With the work portion of the contract value, among others, ADHI is 22.5%, WIKA 22.5% and SRBGC is 55%.
“The scope of work that ADHI is doing in this package is work on access roads, interchange or roundabouts, bridges, overpasses or flyovers, to underpass boxes,” said Parwanto Noegroho, ADHI’s Corporate Secretary, in a press release.
This work is planned to be carried out for 24 months or 2 years. The toll road section to be built has a length of up to 33 km. Overall, this toll road will connect three districts, Serang, Lebak and Pandeglang.
By obtaining these two contracts, the company’s new contract value has reached Rp. 16.8 trillion and the total order book is Rp. 47.3 trillion.
In addition, ADHI has also received winners for several new projects which are expected to be signed in the near future.
