Zamalek players during the first medical swab to detect infection with the Coronavirus
A source in Zamalek denied that the club had received any results of the corona virus detection survey conducted on Wednesday under the supervision of the Confederation of African Football (CAF), in statements to FilGoal.com.
The source stated, “We have not received any results from any of the swabs that Kav had conducted until now.”
He continued, “Whatever will be said is not correct, we are awaiting the result.”
He continued, “When it is issued, it will be officially announced, and nothing else.”
Zamalek and Al-Ahly made the last swab before the match today, Wednesday, which will determine the form of the two teams’ list of confrontation.
Al-Ahly and Zamalek will meet in the African Champions League final on Friday evening at Cairo Stadium.
