A new tragedy has befallen the Getty family: John Gilbert Getty, grandson of oil tycoon J. Paul Getty and heir to the $ 5 billion family fortune, has died at the age of 52. The family confirmed the heir’s death on Monday night after he was found unconscious Friday in a hotel room in San Antonio, Texas. The cause of death is not yet known, but there seems to be nothing suspicious.
