Confusion at Forum: Freek Jansen still on candidate list | Inland

Earlier, the vice-chairman of the party board reported that Jansen is giving up his place on the list. The reason would be the commotion about Nazi sympathies in the JFvD, the youth section of Forum. The message followed the statement by Thierry Baudet that he would no longer be party leader of FvD.

However, it is about ‘a mistake in communication’, says a spokesperson. “Freek Jansen is not withdrawing from the list.”

The party leaders will discuss the future of FvD in a hotel in Tiel on Monday evening. Baudet is not in that crisis meeting. Earlier in the evening he was seen at the party office in Amsterdam, where he hugged Freek Jansen.
