Dr. Rasha Al-Jundi, a professor of mental health, said that some seek to draw attention by publishing pictures, videos, or information that become a “trend” for self-satisfaction, noting that the search for self-esteem is one of the reasons for running behind the trend.
Pursuit of the Trend
Dr. Rasha Al-Jundi added, during her meeting with the “Your Sabah Masri” program, broadcast on TV.mbc
Egypt, today, Sunday, that the senses pick up negative information and transmit it to the brain, and thus affect our behavior, noting that happiness through the “trend” is fake, and leads to depression if it is lost repeatedly.
And continued the professor of mental health: “You must make honest people around you do not get angry with them when they direct you to the right action.”
