Reporting from Ubergizmo, Saturday (21/11), however, the iPhone 12 mini reportedly had problems when using it casing and screen protectors. The iPhone 12 mini has reportedly had problems using the case and screen protector.
According to various user reports, when the iPhone 12 mini uses casing or screen protector, the touch screen stops working, or works only occasionally.

Take off casing and a screen protector is the solution to this problem. The speculation is that the problem occurs casing isolated the phone, and rendered the touch screen malfunctioning.
If it’s a hardware issue, then Apple has no choice but to replace the unit. Meanwhile, if there is a software problem, patch latest hopefully can fix it.
At the moment, it seems that the issue mostly affects the iPhone 12 mini as the other iPhone 12 models are not reported to be affected.
