Partly hosts in the group, gym and therapies for Osimhen

Afternoon session for Napoli at the Training Center. The Azzurri prepare for the match against Milan, the eighth day of Serie A scheduled at the San Paolo at 20.45.

The team started the session with activation in the gym. Subsequently, on fields 1 and 2, the group was engaged in a “hands and feet” game. Below is a technical-tactical exercise, team tactical work and a match on a small pitch.

After their commitments with the national team, Insigne, Meret, Ospina, Zielinski, Lobotka and Di Lorenzo also return to the group. Ospina did part of the work in the group and part personalized. Therapy and gym work for Osimhen.
