Also the shoes they must be chosen with care, they must have a soft sole capable of flexing and accompanying the foot in all movements, they must ensure adequate posture and have a cushioning system in the sole that absorbs shocks avoiding damage to the spine. Also in this case, shoes in breathable material should be preferred, which favors the exchange of air, thus preventing sweat from stagnating, causing fungal infections and bad smells.
