If you come to Norway from a country with a high infection, you must be quarantined for ten days. Someone has to carry it out in a quarantine hotel. There you get the meals at the door. Outside there are guards from the Civil Defense and red barricades.
This also applies if you have a negative corona test, if you rent an apartment or if your family can provide a dormitory.
