Ennepe-Ruhr district – Corona update: (pen) There are 976 confirmed corona cases in the Ennepe-Ruhr district (as of Saturday, October 10, 9 a.m.), of which 830 are considered recovered. The number of infections has increased by 13 within the last 24 hours.
The seven-day incidence, i.e. the number of new infections per 100,000 inhabitants in the past seven days, is 21.56 in the district (previous day 20.33).
In the hospitals in the district there are currently 2 patients with corona infection in inpatient treatment. 2 of them receive intensive care, one is ventilated.
The current 130 sick people live in Ennepetal (12), Gevelsberg (11), Hattingen (37), Herdecke (8), Schwelm (5), Sprockhövel (2), Wetter (14) and Witten (41). Nobody in Breckerfeld is currently infected with the corona virus.
The healthy come from Breckerfeld (17), Ennepetal (52), Gevelsberg (87), Hattingen (154), Herdecke (75), Schwelm (95), Sprockhövel (58), Wetter (57) and Witten (235).
15 people from the Ennepe-Ruhr district died with or from the corona virus. They come from Ennepetal (3), Gevelsberg (3), Hattingen (2), Schwelm (2), Sprockhövel (1), Wetter (2) and Witten (2).
